We have staff dedicated to completing quarterly inspections. As this is their main job you can rest assured knowing that your property will have regular inspections.
Our "standard" time frame for inspections is once every three months – however, we can tailor this to suit your needs (at no extra charge!) (*NB: Under legislation properties cannot be inspected more than once every four weeks). You will receive a thorough written report and all maintenance will be advised to you promptly – this ensures that there is no unnecessary deterioration on your investment property due to maintenance not being dealt with quickly.
We have qualified, reliable and reasonably priced trades people that we use for maintenance issues. We are happy to use your preferred people in relation to your property if this is your wish. You may also be happy to be a nominated person in the event of an emergency (as some landlords choose to do).
